Diversity: Office of Workplace Inclusion

We have a dedicated team committed to creating and sustaining an inclusive environment. The Office of Workplace Inclusion partners with executive leadership and individual divisions to provide support and resources to recruit, retain, and develop a diverse workforce.

Office staff provide operational guidelines and standards, as well as financial planning and support for diversity and inclusion programs across the organization. The goal is to create and sustain a workplace environment where all employees are fully engaged and can contribute to their full potential.

The Office of Workplace Inclusion’s strategy is threefold:

  • Foster an inclusive environment in which employees are treated with respect and individual differences are valued.
  • Monitor workplace policies and practices for consistent and appropriate implementation for all employees.
  • Effectively monitor and measure our efforts to maximize the positive impact of a diverse and inclusive environment.
