Benefits of Extended Service Contracts
In addition to handling repair on a time-and-materials basis, we offer our customers an Extended Service Contract. The Extended Service Contract entitles the customer to one preventative maintenance and calibration/performance test per year to ensure that equipment meets specifications. The cost of the Extended Service Contract covers service labor, parts and shop supplies, minor cosmetic and cleaning work, and all travel expenses, plus loaner equipment for up to one year if necessary, at no additional charge.
