Flexibility with Ease of Implant

The Duran Flexible Annuloplasty System encompasses both performance and practicality. Each of the following system components is packaged and ordered separately:

Ring/Holder/Template (610R)
Band/Holder/Template (610B)
Sizer Set (Set of Six Sizers) (7610)
Annuloplasty Handle (7615/7615L)

Duran Ring or Band/Holder/Template

Every radiopaque Duran Ring and Band is packaged separately and is mounted on a blue holder that maintains the natural systolic shape of the ring or band during suture placement and knot tying.

Template

• The template is designed with a one-way snap fit to mate with the annuloplasty handle.
• The size and position of the ring and band are indicated on the template.
• The clear plastic template features reference guides for easy suture placement and enhanced visibility.
• Pronounced suture towers make it easy to cut sutures for removing the template.

Sizer Set (Six Sizers)

• Sizers are designed to snap-fit one way with the annuloplasty handle.
• Polysulfone sizers can be resterilized and reused.

Annuloplasty Handle

• Malleable surgical stainless steel handle fits both the template and the sizers.
• Handle comes in two different lengths, 216 mm and 251 mm, to accommodate varying surgical technique.
