The U-CLIP™ Device is designed to provide an alternative to conventional suture and surgical clips in a variety of applications including anastomosis creation and tissue approximation.
The device consists of a self-closing surgical clip attached to a conventional surgical needle by a flexible member. U-CLIP™ device placement is easy and requires only standard surgical
instrumentation. The self-closing clip eliminates the requirement for knot-tying and suture management. A fresh, sharp needle is provided with each clip. The clip is easily removed.
