领导力发展轮转计划

我们的领导力发展轮转计划(LDRP)专门针对强烈希望检验自我能力极限、提升领导潜能的高素质MBA求职者而设计。LDRP将以您为行动中心——让您担任要职,有机会频繁接触公司领导、核心业务和技术——让您能够为公司的发展,为全球各地的患者的生活作出有意义的贡献。

计划结构

  • 三年期计划,包括两项为期18个月的派遣工作。派遣工作将分布在两个不同的地理位置,并涉及两个不同的业务部门,旨在让您对公司有大体的了解,同时为您提供深入的职能经验
  • 第二次轮转有机会获得全球(海外)派遣工作
  • 亲身体验各种各样丰富的发展经历,帮助您实现个人和专业潜能,包括我们的职能和同行指导计划、职能培训和领导力研讨会
  • 有多种机会在整个公司建立有价值的同行、经理和领导者网络

发展派遣工作

派遣地点

我们在全球各个地点提供LDRP派遣工作,旨在帮助您树立全球心态,强化对多元化见解和独特视角的理解与认知。根据公司的业务需求,我们将在美国国内各地提供工作机会,包括明尼苏达州明尼阿波利斯、科罗拉多州路易斯维尔、新罕布什尔州朴茨茅斯、佛罗里达州杰克逊维尔、田纳西州孟菲斯、佛罗里达州迈阿密、加州北岭和加州圣罗莎。全球派遣工作可能包括但不限于以下地点:瑞士特洛什纳、新加坡、中国上海、澳大利亚悉尼和印度孟买。

任职资格

我们正在寻找具备较强沟通和领导技能且愿意探索各种派遣工作和业务部门的高潜能MBA求职者。

求职成功者须至少满足下列任职资格:

  • 具备三年或以上专业工作经验
  • 目前正在攻读MBA
  • 具备较强机动性,愿意在不同地理区域工作
  • 获合法授权可在美国从事全职工作,今后无需为就业签证提供保证。

Beware of fraudulent job postings from people claiming to be recruiters for Medtronic.

We are aware of job postings being made by people who claim to be recruiters for Medtronic, even using Medtronic employee names, but who are in no way affiliated with Medtronic. We have also been made aware of people posing as Medtronic recruiters and making contact about job opportunities and extending job offers via text message, instant message or chat rooms. These job postings and offers are fraudulent.

Beware of recruiters that ask candidates to submit unusual personal information like bank statements or utility bills, pay a fee in order to be considered for a job, or pay "start-up expenses" after being hired. Medtronic does not require candidates to make any type of payment to them as part of the recruitment process or job offer. The Federal Trade Commission, the United States' consumer protection agency, has online resources for detecting job scams.
