Multiple Options for Patient Tracking

Medtronic ENT offers several choices for patient tracking during surgical navigation, including:

EM ENT Head Frame Kit

The EM ENT Head Frame Kit is included with every new Fusion^® system purchase. The EM ENT Head Frame is intended to have an EM ENT Patient Tracker mounted on it. The kit includes:

• Dynamic reference frame
• FESS frame strap
• Adhesive pad and silicone pad

EM ENT Trackers

The EM ENT Trackers track the location of suctions, probes, and the head frame. The EM ENT Instrument Tracker is mounted on an EM ENT suction or probe, while the EM ENT Patient Tracker is mounted on the EM ENT Head Frame.

Cranial Dynamic Reference Frame (Cranial DRF)

The Cranial DRF is a bone fixation reference device that enables additional versatility for the Fusion system while maintaining unrestricted motion.

• Minimally invasive, sensor-based tool
• Attaches to the cranium in essentially any location
• Designed for image-guided surgery with coronal flaps and lengthy complex cases, such as lateral skull base procedures

The device is sold separately, but the software is included with the Fusion ENT Surgical Navigation System.
