Product returns and replacements

A Medtronic device that has been explanted from the body needs to be returned in a biohazard container. Devices used outside of your body, such as remote monitors, programmers, and insulin pumps, can be shipped in any type of container. On the Product Returns and Replacements page you will find information about shipping your device.
