Mr. Donnelly joined Textron in June 2008 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer in January 2009. He was appointed to the Board of Directors in October 2009, became Chief Executive Officer of Textron in December 2009 and Chairman of the Board in September 2010. Previously, Mr. Donnelly was the President and CEO of General Electric Company’s Aviation business unit, a position he had held since July 2005.

Dr. Dzau has served as Chancellor for Health Affairs at Duke University and President and Chief Executive Officer of the Duke University Health System since 2004. From 1996 until 2004, he was the Hersey Professor of Theory and Practice of Medicine at the Harvard Medical School and Chair of the Department of Medicine, Physician in Chief and Director of Research at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He is the previous Chairman of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Cardiovascular Disease Advisory Committee and served on the Advisory Committee to the Director of the NIH. Dr. Dzau is a member of the Institute of Medicine. He currently serves as a director of Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Duke University Health System and PepsiCo, Inc.

Dr. Jackson currently serves as a member of the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology, appointed by President Obama in 2009. She is a member of the National Academy of Engineering and the American Philosophical Society and a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, the American Association for the Advancement of Science, and the American Physical Society. She is a trustee of the Brookings Institution, a Life Trustee of M.I.T. and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. She is also a director of FedEx Corporation, Marathon Oil Corporation, Public Service Enterprise Group and International Business Machines Corporation.
