Die ventrale Inzisionshernie ist ein klinisch definierter Zustand, der

  • sich nach einem chirurgischen Trauma der Bauchwand entwickelt, einschließlich Rezidiven nach Reparatur von primären ventralen Hernien.
  • Möglicherweise auch als Folge einer Bauchwanddehiszenz, entweder vollständig oder unvollständig innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach der Operation.
  • Oder während dem Anlegen einer Kolostomie, Ileostomie oder eines Ileum Conduit Stomas durch die Bauchwand.
