The EF Clinic Program is a clinic-based patient education program focused on increasing awareness of ejection fraction to improve patient care.
Ejection fraction (EF) is a key indicator of heart health. For heart patients, knowing their EF is just as important as knowing their cholesterol and blood pressure. The EF Clinic Program introduces EF to heart patients and encourages them to understand and track their EF.
