Kingsley's Story

Kingsley has enjoyed running and playing basketball since he was six. Several years ago he was diagnosed with a slow or irregular heart rhythm. "I wouldn’t run; I wouldn’t play basketball. I felt so short of breath I was afraid that something might happen to me," recalled Kingsley. "And I was only 31!" When his doctor recommended a pacemaker to regulate his heart rate, Kingsley was relieved. He could finally return to his active lifestyle. Since I received a pacemaker, I believe I haven’t been to the hospital as much," concluded Kingsley. "And now when I run, my heart keeps up!"
