is a nine-month program to bring new college graduate hires "on-board"
into the Medtronic culture.
What are the goals of the Connections Program?
The goals of Connections are to:
- Integrate new college graduates into Medtronic to ensure success and increase work satisfaction
- Enhance recently hired graduates' knowledge about Medtronic,
our businesses, and industry

- Kick-Off Event
- Quarterly Educational Programs and Professional Development
Forums (alumni panels, peer learning presentations, roundtable

Who is eligible for the Connections Program?
The
Connections Program is open to all new graduate hires with a
Bachelor’s
degree or higher, with less than one-year employment at Medtronic.
