2003: Joined MDT as a Rotational Engineer. Rotated through CRM and Cardiac Surgery business units.
2004: Joined CRM Therapy Delivery as Mechanical Design Engineer
2005: Promoted to Senior Mechanical Design Engineer |

Why did you join Medtronic?

- Medtronic had a strong mission that was in line with my own
- Was interested in providing therapies to the emerging markets in the developing world – which is where my interests were and still are.
- It was interested in hiring strong, talented individuals, regardless of citizenship
- It had a tremendous breadth and depth of products
- Offered significant personal/professional growth opportunities including international projects that would allow me to use my foreign language skills
