Qualifications for Participation
Bright, energetic, results-oriented, and flexible.
A desire to work hard, continuously learn,
and add value. Excellent interpersonal,
communication, leadership, and strategic-thinking
skills. An advanced degree (preferable
solving from a top MBA program) and the flexibility
to rotate to several Medtronic locations.
Participants are also required to have at least
3-5 years of relevant work experience. If you
believe you have the professional credentials
and personal qualities to become a
Leadership Development Rotation Program participant,
we encourage you to apply to our program.
Medtronic will be recruiting candidates for
the Leadership Development Rotation Program on
college campuses throughout the fall. To be
considered for an on-campus interview, please
submit your resume electronically through
the Career Services Center at your school.
While all applicants who meet our criteria
will be considered for this program, we do
stress that Medtronic Summer Associates/
Interns are given participation preference.
