Medtronic Perfusion Systems and Spectrum Medical have agreed to end our sales agency arrangement in the U.S. market, a partnership which was intended to further penetrate the Perfusion EMR market segment, through the assistance of Medtronic direct sales and marketing support. Medtronic continues to remain an investor in Spectrum Medical and has entered into a long-term sales representation arrangement in parts of Europe. We are committed to the long-term success of Spectrum Medical as an investor, and through the continued ability to interface with VIPER and Vision systems for both current and future generations of products.
