CareLink Pro
Diabetes Therapy Management Software

Clinical Outcomes

CareLink® software is proven to improve diabetes management through its easy-to-use reports and data management.

Overview

Use of CareLink® software led to significant A1C reductions for patients overall and proved especially beneficial for patients with limited access to clinics.

Overall A1C Reduction

On average, CareLink users improved their A1C levels, from 8.0 to 7.7, vs the no-access group* (8.0 to 8.1) and the non-user group† (8.9 to 9.0).1

Improve Therapy for Patients With Limited Access

Amongst rural patients,‡ those who used CareLink were able to achieve reduced A1C levels, from 7.9 to 7.4, when compared to patients who did not use CareLink (9.2 to 9.2) or did not have access to CareLink (8.1 to 8.0).1

Rural CareLink users were able to reduce their A1C despite having fewer office visits than urban patient groups§ (2.8 vs 3.5).1
