U.S.-Based Organizations: Gather and Complete Required Application Documents
U.S.-based organizations must apply via our online application process (see Step 4 below). To begin a new application, enter your organization's Tax ID number and complete an eligibility quiz. If your organization is eligible to apply, the online application will be made available to you upon completion of the quiz. In addition to the completion of the online application, there are a series of documents that must be completed and submitted with your application.

Once you have the online application and all of the required documents completed, follow the simple instructions on page 4 of the online application to attach the required documents electronically to your application.
Organizations Based Outside U.S: Complete a Letter of Inquiry
If you wish to apply for a grant for an organization based outside of the U.S., proceed to Step 4 below and select your grant program of interest. You will be directed to complete a letter of inquiry and instructed on where to send it. Upon receiving the letter, a Foundation representative may recommend that you submit a full application. At that time, an application form and a list of the required documents for organizations based outside of the U.S. will be provided.
