Volunteer Grants
Through our Volunteer Grants program, we support employees who volunteer 25 hours or more of their personal time during a 12-month period by donating U.S. $500 on their behalf to eligible non-profit/non-governmental organizations.

We partner with VolunteerMatch, an online volunteer resource database, to
help our employees find volunteer opportunities that match their passions.

Disaster Relief
Medtronic has established a Disaster Relief Paid-Leave Volunteer Program, providing U.S. employees up to five days of paid time off to volunteer their time to disaster relief related efforts through nonprofit organizations.
