The implanted system must consist solely of a Medtronic Revo MRI SureScan Model RVDR0I or Advisa MRI Model A2DR01 device and two CapSureFix MRI SureScan Model 5086 MRI leads.
The Medtronic MRI SureScan lead is indicated for use as a system consisting of a Medtronic MRI SureScan IPG implanted with two SureScan leads. A complete system is required for use in the MRI environment. This lead has application where implantable dual chamber MR Conditional pacing systems are indicated.
