Patient Diary
During the test, you will be
asked to complete a record, or diary, of your daily activities such
as eating, sleeping or drinking. Using the clock on the receiver's
display allows you to record the time when these episodes occurred
during your test. The diary and the receiver are returned to your
physician, so he or she can diagnose your condition.
