To order your Meniett device, you’ll need a prescription. All ENT and ear specialists can prescribe the Meniett device for Ménière's disease. He or she will fax your prescription to Medtronic at (866) 463-8726. Download a prescription form for your doctor.
We’ll Contact You within 48 Hours
Once we receive your prescription from your doctor, our Meniett representative will contact you within 48 hours to discuss filling your prescription. Be sure to tell your doctor the best way for us to contact you. Our Therapy Access Department can talk to you about insurance coverage and financial assistance options for Meniett therapy.
Your Meniett Device Is Shipped
After we’ve contacted you and filled your prescription, we’ll ship your Meniett device directly to you. Your doctor will show you how to use it, which is very easy. Your Meniett device includes a convenient case with shoulder strap, rechargeable batteries, and portable battery charger…everything you need to do your Meniett treatments on the go.
