Meniett therapy is safe, simple, and effective for Ménière’s disease dizziness and vertigo

Overview

The Meniett® Low-Pressure Pulse Generator is a safe, simple, and effective treatment for the dizziness and vertigo symptoms of Ménière’s disease.1-12 This micropressure therapy only takes a few minutes each day and can help you get back to enjoying life.

The Meniett device sends painless micropressure pulses into your ear. Scientists believe these pulses help reduce the excess inner ear fluid and swelling in Ménière’s disease. The American Academy of Otolaryngology supports using this type of treatment for Ménière’s disease.13 See how the Meniett device works.

The Meniett device is small and portable—it’s about 4 x 6 inches. Each Meniett device includes a convenient case (like a camera bag), rechargeable batteries, and portable battery charger. It’s easy to do your Ménière’s disease treatments at home, work, or on the go.

Meniett Therapy

Before you begin Meniett therapy for your Ménière’s disease, you need a tiny tube placed in your eardrum. Vent tubes are often used for ear conditions. For Meniett therapy, it allows the micropressure pulses to pass through the eardrum to the inner ear.

Doctors usually prescribe 3 Meniett treatments per day, 5 minutes each time. To begin a treatment, you hold a special earplug in your outer ear. The earplug is attached to the Meniett device, which sends micropressure pulses into your ear. The device’s computer controls the pressure pulses and automatically stops when the treatment cycle is complete.
