Cardiac Compass® Trends

  • Provides a 6-month rolling trend of atrial tachyarrhythmia daily burden
  • Offers insight into disease progression and long-term patient management decisions
  • Reports the hours/day spent in atrial arrhythmia, including automatic notification of the number of days with >4 hours of AF

    cardiac compass trends

  • Notifies the clinician if the ventricular response to atrial arrhythmias is >100 bpm
  • May help in discovering asymptomatic (silent) AF and evaluating effectiveness of rhythm control therapies

Other tools for arrhythmia monitoring include:

Ventricular Rate During Atrial Arrhythmias
A ventricular rate histogram collected only during episodes of atrial tachycardia may help determine the efficacy of rate control therapies.

Atrial Arrhythmias Duration
The Atrial Arrhythmias Duration report provides the durations of the detected episodes. When used with the Cardiac Compassô Trends, it may help evaluate overall risks, including stroke and the need for anticoagulation.

Arrhythmia Summary
Episode-specific detail is provided including:

  • Arrhythmia burden information
  • Programmed detection criteria
  • Episode details
  • Time, date, and episode durations
