The Attain Prevail™ Steerable Catheter Left-Heart Lead Delivery System offers steerability, telescoping, and subselection for the first time in a single package.

Key Features

Steerability

• Use the Attain Prevail's steerable tip, along with various fixed-shape guide catheters and guide wires, to obtain the curve you need, when you need it.
• Inject contrast media for improved visualization of the cardiac venous anatomy, adjust course as needed with tip deflection.

Telescoping

• Adjust the curve and reach by telescoping the Attain Prevail through a straight or fixed-shape guide catheter.
• Attain Prevail provides for additional telescoping with a guidewire.

Subselection

• Advance into the coronary sinus and proceed with vein subselection with the guidewire and the Attain Prevail's atraumatic tip.
• Open lumen allows for the deep seating of various guide wires and, when used with the Medtronic Attain 6218A straight guide catheter, advancement of the guide catheter into the target branch vein.
