Adaptive Therapies

Introducing Left Ventricular Capture Management™ to Ensure Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy

Left Ventricular Capture Management (LVCM) automatically monitors LV capture thresholds and, if programmed to Adaptive, adjusts LV amplitude to ensure capture.

Left Ventricular Capture Management (LVCM)

LVCM is based on timing an RV sense (or lack thereof) following an LV pace. The LVCM algorithm determines when an RV sense occurs due to LV-RV conduction (capture), rather than due to AV conduction (loss of capture).

Further Enhancements to Ensure CRT

Increased Left Ventricular Output

Left ventricular output can be programmed up to 8 V.

Selectable Left Ventricular Pacing Electrodes

The addition of the LV ring to RV coil pacing vector provides another option for programming that can minimize diaphragmatic stimulation and ensure LV capture.
