The InSync Sentry™ cardiac resynchronization therapy device and defibrillator (CRT-D) signals a new era in heart failure management with the convergence of clinically proven cardiac resynchronization and ICD therapies, sophisticated diagnostics, and intrathoracic fluid status monitoring capabilities in a single implantable device.

InSync Sentry is the world's first CRT-D device with automatic intrathoracic fluid status monitoring, called OptiVol™ Fluid Status Monitoring, that assesses a patient's fluid status by measuring, tracking and reporting intrathoracic impedance. When used with other standard clinical assessments, OptiVol™ Fluid Status Monitoring offers additional insight to develop a more informed patient care strategy.

  • OptiVol™ Fluid Status Monitoring to assist in assessing the patient's fluid status by measuring, tracking, and reporting intrathoracic impedance.
  • Heart Failure Management Report showing 14-month trends of key heart failure patient monitoring categories such as AT/AF Burden, ventricular rate during AF, heart rate variability, patient activity and night/day heart rates. Observation messages highlighting heart failure related parameters outside of typical ranges.
