Jewel 7219D

The Jewel 7219D device led a revolution in ICD therapy. It was the first device small enough for pectoral implantation, which reduced operative time and surgical morbidity, and increased patient comfort. Its small size also permitted EP or Cath lab implantation, for greater cost savings. The Jewel device's T-Shock induction method simplified device testing.
