Welcome to the Medtronic Vascular Grants and Sponsorships website. It is our goal to have an easy and effective way for you to request a grant.

Requests should be related to disease states treated by Medtronic Vascular Therapies and require submission 45 days prior to the event date.

Steps to submit a request:

1. First time visitors must register.
2. Upon completion of registration, Log In and enter E-mail address and password.
3. On introduction page, click on New Request to begin the online application process.
4. Go directly to Log In to submit subsequent grant requests or check on the status of an existing request.

You will be notified by E-mail once your request has been submitted. Please refer to the grant number when contacting us about the status of your request.

Starting May 1, 2008, Medtronic, Inc. will post donation information on its website at www.Medtronic.com/donations.
