To safely scan patients with a SureScan^® Pacing System, please confirm the following:

SureScan Pacing Systems Verification
Consult patient records to verify only a Medtronic MR-conditional Pacing System constructed from the following components are implanted:

• Medtronic MRI SureScan MRI pacemaker (models Advisa MRI™ A3DR01, Ensura MRI™ EN1DR01, EnRhythm MRI™ EMDR01)
• Medtronic CapSure Fix MRI^™ leads (models: 5086-45, 5086-52, 5086-58)
• Medtronic CapSure Sense MRI^™ leads (models: 4574-45, 4574-53, 4074-52, 4074-58)
