Healthcare company ranks high based on U.S. employee feedback.
Minneapolis – March 29, 2016 - A lot of employees think Medtronic is a great place to work. Just ask them.
Forbes Magazine surveyed 30,000 U.S. workers at companies with more than 5,000 employees. The survey asked, on a scale of 0 to 10, how likely that employee was to recommend their company to someone else.
Medtronic ranked #97 out of 500 companies on the Forbes America’s Best Employers 2016 list.
“Our biggest strength is our talented employees,” said Carol Surface, Medtronic Chief Human Resources Officer. “They are responsible for the innovation and success of this company. Their dedication to our Mission of alleviating pain, restoring health and extending life is the driving force behind Medtronic. We are proud that Forbes has recognized Medtronic as one of America’s best employers,” she said.
This is just the latest public recognition of the Medtronic workplace. Fortune Magazine recently named Medtronic as one of the World’s Most Admired Companies.
