Medtronic has dedicated clinical support for image-guided surgery products

Our service commitment reflects Medtronic integrity. Whether a large teaching institution or small community hospital, we offer quality service and support to fit your needs. Our image-guided surgery products are supported by a dedicated ENT clinical staff. We can help you keep your equipment at its peak and protect your investment for the future.

Currently, we offer two service plans for the Fusion System for image-guided surgery: Basic Service and Support and Advance Service and Support. Every new Fusion System purchase includes one year of our Advance Service and Support Program. After the first year, customers may purchase the service plan that best meets their needs.

Both programs include:

  • Full-system hardware and software coverage
  • 24-hour technical assistance, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
  • On-site, clinical support visits
  • In-service training for surgeons and surgical staff
  • Replacement and shipping of warranted parts
  • Planned maintenance and upgrades
  • Additional services

ENT Discovery Lab

The Medtronic ENT Discovery Lab is a preeminent cadaver training lab for the latest ENT surgical equipment and methods, including the Fusion™ ENT Navigation System for image-guided surgery. We offer a customized curriculum that facilitates learning and broadens your knowledge of equipment and techniques. The lab also serves as a research and design facility for validating new products and techniques.

To ensure superior quality and ethical standards, ENT Discovery Lab classes adhere to the Medtronic Business Conduct Standards and the AdvaMed Code of Ethics.

Our Navigation Education Center helps ensure your success with our technologies

Navigation Education Center

Medtronic offers ENT navigation training using the Fusion System and StealthStation S7 System at the Medtronic Navigation Education Center in Louisville, Colorado. This dedicated training center encourages individualized learning and focuses on practical, hands-on learning experiences for clinicians, including nurses (provides contact hours) and biomedical engineers.
