When you have an important decision to make, it often helps to talk with someone who has had an experience similar to your own. The Sophono® Medtronic Ambassador Response Team or SMART Program gives you the opportunity to talk with someone who utilizes the Sophono hearing therapy and has volunteered to share his or her experience. This free program is a great resource as you decide which hearing solution is right for you or your child.

TALK WITH SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTANDS

During your one-on-one conversation with a SMART Ambassador, you can get answers to:

  • How did you know this was the right option for you? 
  • How did you know this was the right time to try something new? 
  • What was the surgery like? How did you feel after the surgery? 
  • How did it impact your daily routine? 
  • How has your hearing improved with the Sophono system?

Please keep in mind that SMART Ambassadors' comments about this hearing therapy relate to their experiences only. As with any treatment, individual results will vary. Talk to your licensed physician about the therapy or whether it may be right for you or your child.

The easiest way to schedule a call with a SMART Ambassador is to sign up online, which allows you to view profiles of the SMART Ambassadors, choose the one you’d like to talk to, and schedule a time convenient for you.
