Troubleshooting
Your Guardian Real-Time System is designed for years of trouble-free service. If, however, you think your Guardian Real-Time System is not working, call Medtronic Diabetes immediately. Our live, 24-Hour HelpLine is available at (866) 948-6633 (option 1). If we can’t resolve your problem over the phone, we’ll send you a replacement glucose monitor for next-day delivery via Federal Express.
