Your Medtronic Diabetes Guardian® Real-Time Continuous Glucose Monitoring System is designed for years of trouble-free service. If, however, you think your Continuous Glucose Monitor is not working, call Medtronic Diabetes immediately. Our live, 24-Hour HelpLine is available at (800) 646-4633 (option 1). If we can’t resolve your problem over the phone, we’ll send you a replacement monitor for next-day delivery via Federal Express.
