The reservoir of your MiniMed Paradigm Insulin Pump will need to be refilled. When your insulin reservoir level is low, your insulin pump will warn you with a Low Reservoir Warning. For information on refilling your insulin pump, check the user manual.
MiniMed Paradigm Insulin Pump customers are eligible for the Paradigm Pathway Program. This program provides easy access to new Paradigm Insulin Pumps for a modest fee. For more information, visit the Paradigm Pathway website.
Your MiniMed Paradigm Insulin Pump is designed for years of trouble-free service. If, however, you think your insulin pump is not working, call Medtronic Diabetes immediately. Our live, 24-Hour HelpLine is available at (800) 646-4633 (option 1). If we can't resolve your problem over the phone, we'll send you a replacement pump for next-day delivery via Federal Express.
