If your clinic determines remote heart monitoring is appropriate for you, they will either provide you with a monitor in clinic (usually at the first follow-up appointment) or a monitor will be sent to your home. It will typically arrive a few weeks after the clinic places the order. Contact the clinic if the monitor hasn’t shown up within a month after the order was placed.
