CD Horizon™ MultiLine™ connector system

The CD Horizon™ MultiLine™ connector spinal system is designed to link rods in complex revision and multirod spinal constructs.

Features

The CD Horizon™ MultiLine™ connector spinal system is a comprehensive portfolio of rod to rod and screw to rod connectors designed to support complex spinal deformity, revision, and multi rod constructs.

Designed to support complex spinal reconstruction workflows, the MultiLine™ connector spinal system offers adaptable connection strategies across a broad range of clinical scenarios.

The MultiLine™ connector spinal system includes static and variable angle dominos, axial connectors, connectors with integrated rods, head-mounted connectors, and sagittal connectors, providing adaptable solutions for medial lateral offset, axial extension, and perpendicular rod connections.

All implant options are compatible with 4.75 to 6.0 mm titanium and cobalt chrome rods, including UNiD™ patient-specific rods, supporting a wide range of surgical goals in both primary and revision procedures.

engineered options before and after

Connects varying rod diameters and materials
Compatible with 4.75–6.0 mm titanium and cobalt chrome rods, including UNiD™ patient-specific rods, enabling construct continuity across systems.

Supports revision without hardware removal in appropriate cases
Multiple connector options allow construct extension without removing existing pedicle screws or cutting rods in-situ when anatomical conditions permit.

Broad connector portfolio for complex constructs
Includes static dominos, variable angle dominos (VAD), axial connectors, connectors with rods, head-mounted connectors, double-side/double-top connectors, and sagittal connectors.

Variable angle options for sagittal and coronal alignment
VAD connectors provide 360° rotation with angulation that locks at final tightening, supporting deformity correction workflows.

Integrated rod options reduce construct complexity
Connectors with rods and head-mounted connectors with rods offer integrated solutions with defined rod lengths and diameters.
