In my role as HR Business Partner at Medtronic Denmark, I’m involved in many projects across our business and support all levels of the organization. At the same time there are plenty of ad-hoc requests and tasks that needs to be taken care of.
As HR Business Partner, I need to understand the business strategy, be aligned on its direction, and serve as an advisor to business leaders relative to talent, culture and performance.
I have worked with people management and HR for the past 15 years. I have a BSc degree of applied science, Military and strategic leadership from the Danish Royal Danish Defense College and a Diploma in organizational leadership and HR from Copenhagen Business School.
I work with respective leaders to identify the Organization, Talent and Culture strategy needed to drive success within the business, and leverage the capabilities of the HR Centers of Expertise to execute on those strategies which I think is very interesting.
