DESCRIPTION

The aim of this course is to provide insight on revisional surgery after weight regain, as well as on complication management. Surgeons will observe a high number of live surgeries with various techniques (Revisional Surgery after Failed Gastric Banding, Sleeve Gastrectomy and Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass) with ongoing interactive discussions. 

Participants of this program will have the opportunity to:

  • Discuss different bariatric procedures during live cases with expert faculty
  • Obtain a clear overview of instrumentation used
  • Share best practice techniques on operating room organization
  • Discuss patient cases with expert faculty and learn how to better manage complications
  • Participate at a Barialink virtual classroom session

AUDIENCE

This two-day program is designed for advanced surgeons who are currently performing bariatric & metabolic procedures and have a good understanding of laparoscopic bariatric (RYGB & Sleeve Gastrectomy) procedures.

Flight departing earliest at 7 PM from Brussels airport.
