DESCRIPTION
This Clinical Immersions is very appealing for surgeons who want to develop their knowledge and technical skills for the safest way to handle a patient and improve patient outcomes.
Each course include:

AUDIENCE
Surgeons specialized in colorectal surgery who want to move forward to more complex minimal invasive techniques. Unit volume of complex cases minimum of 20 cases per unit per year. 2-3 surgeons per unit to take part in the training programme. Ideally some experience in transanal approaches (can be TEM, TEO or TAMIS). Ideally some experience in intersphincteric resection and handsewn/stapled colo-anal anastomosis.
OBJECTIVEs
This 2-day course will provide participants with the required skills and knowledge for performing laparoscopic and transanal TME.
