LEAD ACADEMY Minimed™ 670G system Seminar INITIATE/ DEVELOP COURSES

DESCRIPTION

This is an integrated learning pathway that will provide fundamental information on the MiniMed™ 670G system with SmartGuard™ technology and training for its use in the treatment of diabetes.

The program provides an integrated learning approach, including online, face-to-face and follow-up online training.

You will gain an understanding of the MiniMed™ 670G system and the SmartGuard™ technology.

On completion of the learning pathway, you will be able to:

  • Confidently initiate MiniMed™ 670G system therapy on patients
  • Interpret Carelink™ data
  • Make therapy adjustments in order to achieve optimal therapy outcomes

Attendee profile

Broad experience with CSII and SAP therapy, a good understanding of SmartGuard™ technology, early adopter of new technology

Objective

The objective is to build confidence in using technology by sharing the knowledge and experience provided by a faculty of medical, clinical and technical experts.nbsp;

PREREQUISITES

In order to obtain the best knowledge on how the Minimed™ 670G system works, it is recommended that participants complete all the available online learning modules a minimum of 1 week before the seminar.

The in-person seminar is facilitated in the Therapy and Procedure Training Center in Switzerland by a faculty of experts.
