40 Years Of Transforming Healthcare In India
“I was the first female among two women across all India and India subcontinent to join the industry in 1998 and also the first employee to join the sales division at Medtronic. I was given a six-month challenge to change the sales team scenario from being a male-dominated team to the new female receptive environment and I have not looked back since then. I took up different challenging roles, which I knew would improve my learning curve. One of my key achievements had been to position Medtronic more than a pacemaker company and I have taken various training initiatives to change that positioning."
