Que Dallara serves as Executive Vice President and President for the Diabetes Operating Unit (OU). In this role, Que is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Diabetes OU and its day-to-day global operations.
Que joined Medtronic in May 2022. Most recently, she served as President and CEO of Honeywell Connected Enterprise, Honeywell’s software business. Prior to that, she was SVP and chief commercial officer of Honeywell, leading the company’s efforts in strategy, marketing, sales excellence, pricing, product innovation, including enterprise software, data analytics and IoT solutions.
Before Honeywell, Que served in roles with increasing responsibility from general management to business development at TE Connectivity, a global leader in connectivity and sensor solutions. As Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Analytics, she led the strategic growth process, performance management of business units and big data analytics.
Prior to that, Que worked at Microsoft as Senior Director, Strategy, M&A, Integration and Governance for the Consumer Software & Services division. She has also held positions at itv|world, Telstra Corporation and McKinsey & Company.
Experienced in new product development and commercialization, Que has managed robust product portfolios, led end-to-end R&D innovation, and business development initiatives that strengthened organic and inorganic company growth.
Que earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics, a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance at the University of New South Wales, Australia, and an MBA at INSEAD in France.
