Being a country lawyer I provide advice and support to all businesses and functions.

What do you love about your job?

I enjoy my job because I have the opportunity to provide solid yet flexible and innovative advice to the people I support. This job provides me with the responsibility of meeting a large diversity of challenges the company faces on a daily basis.

What do you appreciate most about Medtronic?

The aspects of Medtronic I appreciate the most are the company's values and Mission and its worldwide reach. Additionally, I appreciate the quality of the technology we provide to patients because this ultimately improves their lives.

What do you love about your current location?

I live in beautiful Lisbon, an Atlantic-facing city with great weather, fantastic food and the soulful Fado. Lisbon is a mix of history and trendiness in every corner.

What is one random fact about you?

A random fact about me is that in my spare time I enjoy old furniture restoration as a hobby.

What advice would you give to job candidates?

Know Medtronic's Mission. It's like going to a Constitutional Law class in your first year of law school. Understand the basis and you'll understand the company, its purpose and ambitions. Additionally, think of ways you can bring more value to Medtronic, because this will be expected of you every day.
