PRODUCT DETAILS

MICRA Pacing Capsule

  • 93% smaller than conventional pacemakers4
  • Ultra low-power circuit design delivers an estimated average 12-year battery longevity.2,5
  • MRI SureScan™ technology allows the patient to be safely scanned using either a 1.5T or 3T full body MRI.2

FLEXFIX™ Nitinol Tines

  • Provide atraumatic and secure device placement
  • Two tines have 15 times the holding force necessary to hold the device in place7
  • Design minimizes tissue trauma during deployment, repositioning, and retrieval8
  • Optimal electrode tissue interface allows for low and stable chronic thresholds9

MICRA Delivery Catheter

  • 105-cm-long catheter system with a handle that controls deflection and deployment of the Micra pacing capsule
  • Delivery catheter provides visual feedback when adequate tip pressure has been acheived and retracts during deployment6
  • Linear one-step deployment facilitates consistent capsule placement, no torque required6

Micra Introducer

  • Lubricious hydrophilic coating facilitates smooth vessel entry
  • 23 Fr inner diameter (27 Fr outer diameter)
  • Silicone-oil-coated dilator tip

Device Life-Cyle Management

Device life-cycle management options are designed to provide clinicians with options to manage their MICRA patients.

  • Micra can be turned OFF at the end of service and additional device (transcatheter or transvenous) can be added.
  • The Micra design also incorporates a proximal retrieval feature to enable acute retrieval.
