Login and Password

Q: How do I access and log into the virtual assistant?
A: Visit medtronic.com/covid19support to access the virtual assistant. U.S. and Puerto Rico employees will log in using their secure Medtronic login/credentials. Dependents of Medtronic employees will need to create a new account to log in.

Medtronic Employee: Click on “Start virtual assistant” from the MCMS COVID-19 virtual Care Evaluation and Monitoring solution site. Click on “Login/Signup,” choose “Medtronic Employee,” and enter your Medtronic credentials.

Dependent: Click on “Start virtual assistant” from the MCMS COVID-19 virtual Care Evaluation and Monitoring solution site. Click on “Login/Signup,” choose “Non-Medtronic-User,” and click on “Don’t have a Medtronic account? Create One.”

Q: How do I reset my password?
A: Medtronic Employee: Please visit password.medtronic.com to reset your password.

Dependent: Please visit the Non-Medtronic-User login page and click on “Forgot your password?” Enter the email address associated with your account and click “NEXT.”

Q: If more than one dependent is participating, do they each need a login?
A: Yes. Every user will have a separate login. Dependents 13-17 years old will have their own login (for individuals between the ages 13 and 17, parental consent will be required during the sign-up process). This offering is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13.

Q: How do I log out of the virtual assistant or switch users?
A: Click “Logout” located at the top of the virtual assistant screen. Once successfully logged out, you will receive a confirmation message stating, “You signed out of your account.”

After logging out, the new user can follow the steps to log in using their account information.
