You may receive alerts while using your My Therapy app. Several common alerts are shown below. If you have questions about these alerts or an alert that does not appear here, check your programmer manual. If you still have a question, contact your clinician.
Your ENS device has a low battery.
If your ENS battery is low, contact
Device Communication Lost
Your programmer has lost connection with your ENS due to low battery or a failed signal. Tap RETRY to reconnect the programmer.
If the issue continues, contact your clinician to reestablish the connection.
TIP: If a notification disappears before you have time to read it, that means the error fixed itself.
