Medtronic Care Management Services (MCMS)

Medtronic Care Management Services (MCMS) remote monitoring solutions provide clinicians with insights to evaluate patient status and identify patients who may be at risk for acute events. MCMS continues to advance in the data sciences space, providing services designed to make it easier for patients to stay compliant with their remote monitoring plan, help doctors by flagging patients who may need follow up, and improve outcomes for payers and hospital systems.

MCMS offers provider and payers care management services comprised of:

  • Resulted in high compliance rates 
  • Showed greater than 50 percent excessive weight loss 
  • Sustained surgical outcomes over 24 months
  • In 18 reports, HRQOL improved post-surgery and continued to improve as total weight loss percentage increased1
