The Valiant Thoracic Stent Graft is intended for the endovascular repair of fusiform aneurysms and saccular aneurysms/penetrating ulcers of the descending thoracic aorta. When placed within the target lesion, the stent graft provides an alternative conduit for blood flow within the patient’s vasculature by excluding the lesion from blood flow and pressure.

The Valiant Captivia system's advanced design features tip capture for controlled deployment, sinusoidal shaped nitinol stents to provide flexibility and conformability, hydrophilic coating to facilitate stent graft delivery, and a simple three step delivery system.
