At the heart of the Minimax Plus® Oxygenator is a more efficient fiber geometry that enhances oxygen transfer. Other advanced features such as our Venous Air Director and low Arterial Port are designed for safety and to maximize system performance.
The Minimax Plus Oxygenation System is indicated for use in an extracorporeal circulation circuit during cardiopulmonary bypass procedures up to 6 hours in duration.

For small patients who require special blood handling, the Minimax Plus Oxygenator is available with the Carmeda BioActive Surface.*
The Open Venous Reservoir Choice: Minimax Pediatric Cardiotomy Venous Reservoir
The separate, two-liter Hardshell Venous Reservoir provides control and flexibility for infant and pediatric cardiopulmonary bypass procedures.
